Chris relocated to Seattle from the Midwest in 2002 and has been deeply involved in PNW culture ever since (he grew up in Milwaukee Wisconsin with a stop to attend law school in Iowa City prior to that). Recently retiring from a successful legal career that spanned more than 20 years, he brings legal expertise and acumen to his real estate practice. After serving as an Assistant Attorney General, a school district attorney, and then helping found a successful civil rights law firm that helped families and children with educational needs, he was named as a “Super Lawyer” by his peers, an accolade bestowed on only 5% of attorneys. His negotiation experience, professionalism, integrity, and personalized service helps clients navigate the buying and selling experience with confidence.
He and his wife also provide low-income housing units and rent to multiple tenants in Western Washington. They can provide insights into the landlord experience and the risk factors and benefits it presents for investors.
Having also spent years in the outdoor industry, Chris knows the entire region and all the recreational opportunities it has to offer.
This all provides well-rounded, complete perspectives on any property you may be considering in your real estate journey.
Having counseled people as they negotiated life-changing decisions, Chris can confidently navigate the emotional voyage a real estate transaction can pose. By providing objective expertise and counsel, he strives to put clients in a position that provides them confidence, peace of mind, and wealth after a deal is closed.
