Garrett Thomsen

Originally born in Seattle, Garrett grew up in the outdoors of rural Montana.  An avid fly fisher, hiker and camper, Garrett made his way back to Seattle in 2010 after getting his degree in Finance from the University of Denver and spending several years as an investment banker and private equity investor in Denver and Los Angeles.  Once back in Seattle, he spent several more years as an investment banker before becoming a stay-at-home Dad (“the hardest thing I’ve ever done”) and ultimately a real estate agent.

Always interested in helping people achieve their goals, Garrett is fond of saying he used to help people buy and sell companies and now he helps people buy and sell homes!  Garrett’s favorite thing about being a real estate agent is that it allows him to help people realize their dreams of “home” – such an important part of anyone’s life.  He’s honored to be entrusted with the role of helping his clients achieve their goals, whether that means helping a buyer find and secure the home they are truly looking for, or aiding a seller in maximizing their return on what is often decades worth of investment in the form of financial, time and emotional resources.

Garrett understands how important it is to get “home” right, and prides himself on getting the best possible outcome for his clients.  “I work for you as an advisor and partner, but I can only do that right by being a good listener, a great negotiator, and by being an expert on the local real estate market.  That is my commitment to you.”
