Shawn Brown

Shawn is an entrepreneur who’s primary focus is to provide hands on, high quality service, and value to all clients who allow him the opportunity to embark on their real estate journey with them.  Shawn comes with 25 years of sales experience, 15 years as a Leader, Retail Buyer, and Customer Focused Nordstrom Executive.  His entrepreneurial journey began 25 years ago on the sales floor, advanced to the corporate headquarters where Shawn excelled as a buyer, merchant, mentor to many up and coming young executives, and leader of a 100 + million dollar footwear business covering the US, Canada, and online.  He then decided to follow his passion for helping others, coupled with his drive and competitive nature to tackle new challenges, into the Real Estate arena.

Helping people has always been at the core of who he is, whether in business or his personal life.  Partnering with his clients on their journey, whether buying a home or selling a home, is something that he is extremely passionate about.  Shawn has a commitment to service, he is a thorough, diligent communicator, whose focus is to assist his clients in achieving their goals, finding their “WHY”, and building their wealth through investing in Real Estate.

Shawn is an avid sports fan, former 1,000 point scoring Div 3 basketball player, as well as a youth & high school basketball coach.  Shawn is currently the Asst. Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at 2023 State qualifying Bothell High School… Go Cougs!!  He enjoys bowling although hasn’t quite gotten that perfect game…yet. Fun Fact: He is currently in a bowling league where his team’s name is “Britney Spares” 🙂 He enjoys golf, a good game night with family, Fantasy Football, and March Madness pools are a yearly staple!  Family First is the motto this husband, and father of 3 lives by.  As a family they enjoy traveling, a good tropical beach vacation, or just relaxing poolside sharing music & laughter.
