"Rebecca was amazing! We met her at an open house and immediately felt comfortable chatting and talking about our needs and desires. Once we got more serious about our timeline, she was there every step of the way to offer guidance, discuss options and help find houses and neighborhoods that we otherwise might have missed. Upon finding the right place, Rebecca worked to craft multiple offers to make sure we could be competitive. We had many conversations to make sure we were putting our best foot forward while not stretching outside of what we were comfortable with. She had great communication with us, the lender, the seller's agent and every other person involved in the process. Ultimately, we were able to put in a winning offer in a multi-offer scenario, and I credit Rebecca's tireless work to make it happen. I'm so happy our paths crossed so that we could work together to make this home purchase happen and I don't think it would have been possible without Rebecca! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!"

Rebecca possesses a quality that gets extremely rare these days: she listens. She was a customer of a business that I used to own. I printed flyers for the open houses for her (as well as a whole number of other realtors and agencies). I liked the places that she got listings for, and appreciated what I saw witnessing her interactions with my other customers. Basically by the time I got to the point of buying my property I already had my favorite realtor. I was particular and specific with regards to what I wanted, and on a tight budget of course, which narrowed searches even more. After looking at 8 houses and realizing that they all are decent but location didn't work for me, I had reassessed what "quality of life" means for me, decided to go back to renting since I couldn't afford to buy where I wanted to live, looked at one more place, suggested by Rebecca, made an offer same night, and am completely happy with my new place. It was 44 days since the moment my landlord announced she would sell the place I was renting until me moving in into a place that I have bought. Rebecca listens and doesn't push. And doesn't judge. She works with what you have, which in my opinion allows to build a long-term relationship, which pays off more than immediate satisfaction. There hasn't been a moment, when I would look at a property, that was suggested and think:"Do you even remember anything I said?", as it sometimes happens with other realtors. Communication was great. There hasn't been an overabundance of emails or texts, but there were support and instructions that were needed, and we were both made aware of each other's schedules and scheduling conflicts during the period of document signing, loan approvals etc. So I would say, if you are looking to buy property, do your homework, decide what you want, what are your deal-breakers, and call Rebecca Ross.

Rebecca is a unicorn real estate agent, who found us a unicorn house! In the crazy housing market of early 2022, Rebecca diligently worked to help us buy our first home. We first met Rebecca at an open house in July 2021. At that time, we weren't seriously ready to buy but browsing the market and she talked to us about our wants, needs, interests, etc. Flashforward six months later and we run into her at another open house. Rebecca remembered our names, wants, needs, and interests. From that moment, she supported us in our house hunt journey. Rebecca will knock on doors, toss on a hard hat to check out new construction, and adapt with you as your search inevitably changes. Her promptness in responding to our communications was swift and reassuring. As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and she answered them all. Best yet, while she can get you any answer you need, she's not afraid to tell you she has to research something and give you real talk answers. I most valued how she listened and understood our needs. We never felt she was just out to put us into any house she could find, and we never felt like we were on our own to navigate this crazy market. Rebecca worked great with a lender we had previously selected, and together they created a dynamic team. We 100% recommend her and will be using her for all our future real estate needs.
