Sarah Lewis

Born and raised in Seattle, Sarah is a local expert of all things Pacific Northwest. After graduating from Washington State University, she spent four years traveling and working in various parts of the world. From teaching English in Thailand, to working at a US Military hotel in Germany, she has learned to adapt quickly to her surroundings and effectively communicate with others. After traveling the world, she settled back home in Seattle and turned to what she loves most – working with and helping people. Sarah is determined, personable, and uplifting throughout the process of buying/selling a home. Her goal is to simplify the real estate transaction for you and help to make it both a pleasant and fun experience. Sarah not only provides the utmost attention and service to her clients through the buying, selling, and negotiating of real estate, she also strives to remain a trusted lifelong resource and friend to her clients.

We cannot recommend Sarah enough! As first-time home buyers, there were a lot of unknowns about the process. We were worried about navigating the experience, especially with the market being so fast moving. From our first meeting with Sarah, we knew we were in great hands. She genuinely worked to get to know our needs and hopes for a home and helped set us up with a plan and approach to the process. Throughout the whole experience, she was attentive, responsive, and transparent. She was quick to respond to texts, always on time to showings, and generally a lovely person to partner with in house hunting! She got to know our personalities, likes and dislikes in a home, and always checked-in about how we were feeling about the process. She also helped negotiate our closing in a way that we were really impressed and pleased with!! I knew nothing about the homebuying process and Sarah gave me the best advice and was super patient while walking me through each and every step. And if you know me you know how indecisive I am.
