There are so many brokerages to choose from so what makes SCOUT different?  Relationships are paramount to us.  We believe in creating a work environment that is more than helping each other be great at real estate-it is about helping each other be great humans.  

Work is something we do and we are always striving to be better at it, and we believe this happens best when you surround yourself with great humans who are always learning how to be better humans. We are small on purpose so that we can give each broker customized personalized support.  This isn’t a giant ship of a company but rather a nimble small cohort knocking it out of the park.
